Positive: My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Poland in 4 different hotels, and this one was the best in every way: service, cleanliness, and staff were all super friendly and helpful.
Negative: I don't know if it's all the rooms or if it was my mistake, but there was no option on Booking for a room with a double bed.

Positive: The place was clean, spacious and just everything you want from a hotel room. Breakfast was absolutely great. We had the big souite with own whirlpool, which was great. We are both bin people and could fit well into the whirlpool.
Negative: We were messaged about two parties taking place at the hotel over the weekend, when we were already on our way to it. They offered us a refund for the room, but we did not have the chance to book a different one so fast. The message seemed a little bit in the tone of "take it or leave it", which we felt was a little rude. This made us worry, if our little spa getaway would possibly be harmed. It turns out, we did not hear much from the party and it was no problem for us. It would have been nice, to get information on this earlier and also a little more detailed. We were worried about this but did not have any alternative, so we felt a little pushed into this. This situation could have easily been defused by just telling us a little more about what we were going to whitness.

Negative: No a/c , it wasn’t working properly . We had to Google to figure out because it wasn’t even on polski . We had to ask for a portable fan. I was staying with my 8 month old baby.
