Positive: The location is brilliant in terms of the glacier experience and skywalk as you travel up the Icefields Parkway and an experience to stay so close to the Glacier. The room and view were lovely and the welcome drinks and cheese/charcuterie boards were a lovely touch.

Negative: The restaurants in the evening felt like eating something nice but in a motorway services style canteen - didn't create the right look and feel at all. As it was close to the end of season there was also a lot not available on the menu both food and drink wise.

Summary: Great location, feels like a treat and perfect for stopping partway up the Icefields Parkway

Positive: stunning views...suuuper friendly staff

Negative: no hot water in the shower, when everybody in the hotel is taking a shower (around 7 pm)

Positive: Very clean and comfortable room. Had lots of extras - ice soaps, yoga mat, robes, and an excellent view of the glacier. Good coffee machine in the lobby that is self serve.

Negative: It was quite pricey, but there are no other options around.

Negative: The heating didn’t work properly. You definitely need to improve your check in process. We had to wander around figuring out where to go.
