Positive: The location to the hiking spots in the North Cascades was amazing! The hosts were very nice.

Negative: This may have been my fault for not reading more info but I was frustrated when we got to the cabin that the internet wasn't strong enough to work. Thankfully my phone could hotspot but my friend didn't have good enough service for her phone (an iphone) to do a hotspot. If you need to work or get on the internet, be prepared for this. Also, the cabin is a little old and rundown so it seemed like it was cleaned good but just felt old and not clean in ways. The fireplace also did not work.

Summary: If you want easy access to the hiking trails in the area, this is a great place for location!

Positive: Great location, easy to check in after-hours, and the cabin had everything we needed - with plenty of space.

Negative: Bed could’ve been a little more comfortable, but not nearly enough to knock off any points on a review! You’re staying in a cabin outside a national park!

Positive: This was a chalet, and had all the basic needs. We need a way to heat water, and not much more.

Negative: There are no restaurants close by that serve breakfast, so we had to eat food we had brought, and some we got from the local markets.

Positive: Good proximity to North Cascades National Park and Marblemount, where there are two good restaurants. Quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the roomy bathroom and kitchenette. Office staff was helpful when we had questions.

Negative: The scented trash bags for the kitchen waste bin were so strongly scented that I removed the bin to the porch and used our own unscented trash bag. Opening the windows and using the provided box fan helped air out the cabin. I am highly sensitive to artificial scents of any kind.

Summary: A good option for lodging near the west side of North Cascades National Park.

Negative: You can check in after 6 but there is no one available to help. I had a difficult time finding my cabin and then the pin pad did not work with the code I was emailed. The staff worked the next day to address the issue but it was very stressful at first.
