Summary: I booked pyramid view room, but upon check in, was told my room isn’t the one with view and need to pay extra. When I complained, the front reception sent us to another hotel a min away for the first night and had to re-check in the second night which was hassle in the morning repacking and moving

Summary: Clean room, very friendly staff who went out of the way to help. Excellent view from the restaurant. Easy access to the Pyramids and shops. The room we had did not have a window. It was the only negative. Good place to stay at a reasonable price if you are up to the Pyramids and Cairo

Summary: We made reservation 6 months ago. We arrived to hotel around 1 am and was told the hotel was full. They put us in Pyramid View Inn which was next door. It was horrible, dirty and no hot water. After complaining, they put us in Giza Pyramids View Inn, the hotel I booked in. No complaints at this hotel. BEWARE they don’t move you!!!

Summary: Everything was excellent, the staff are very kind and respectful and the breakfast is very very good (a lot of food). The rooftop is the best in the area, very nice and has a fantastic view of the pyramids. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Summary: The location was perfect and gave us a stunning view of the pyramids from the restaurant balcony and was located right by the pyramid entrance and right next to rooftop 7000 restaurant. The air conditioning was excellent and we were able to easily schedule pickup from the airport and transportation.

Summary: The depiction of this hotel in the pictures is exactly how it looks in reality. The customer service and attention to the extra needs of the guest is unquestionably the priority for the staff. The breakfast is very generous and the staff at the restaurant are always very polite and attentive to their guests. The hotel has everything we needed. The room was very clean. With enough space for the luggage. The beds were very comfortable. Crispy sheets and pleasant smell. The view from our room and the rooftop was magnificent, really beautiful, so perfect that it looked like a postcard. The AC worked perfectly. The surroundings could be better, but that is not the responsibility of the hotel staff. These people really go above and beyond to satisfy their guests. We stayed 4 nights and would stay there again.
