In the heart of Auvergne, on the border between Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dome, the village of St Beauzire is ideally located. At a place called La Vialette, in a green setting, is the gîte "des Hirondelles", an old farm building restored and fitted out with care.
Here, everything is entirely thought out for your comfort: outside, a large terrace is available as well as a large enclosed lawned courtyard where your children can play in peace, enclosed grounds with walls and a gate. Inside, the living rooms are large and fully equipped, the decoration is very neat between modern colors and old furniture restored with taste.
In direct proximity: The village of Blesle classified as "Most beautiful village in France", the picturesque village of Léotoing, the small town of Brioude, its remarkable basilica and its many shops and entertainment. A little further: At 45 minutes discover the cities of Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay, at a little over an hour discover the Puy de Sancy, the Mont d'Or, or the city of Aurillac and its famous street arts festival.... The entrance to the cottage is through a large living room equipped with a kitchen and a dining room, on the same floor a beautiful bedroom and a laundry room .
Halfway up is the well-appointed bathroom: single washbasin, shower and WC.
On the first floor is the living room, beautifully lit by a huge bay window, it is also perfectly equipped: Sofas, flat screen TV, many board games are at your disposal. Finally 2 complete bedrooms on this floor.
