Summary: What a lovely discovery! We really enjoyed the quiet and tranquil Gite near woodlands surrounding and still very close to Boulogne-sur-Mer and other interesting towns. The Gite is spacious, warm and has all the amenities of a home. Because the Gite is part of the farm, the only people to drive down the road are the residents, making this a very safe spot for your children and vehicles. The hosts are also fantastic, they are warm and caring and will ensure you have the best stay. They'll advise you on local places to go and are very helpful/practical. They speak english very well among other languages. They are the best thing of the holiday and made the stay so much easier.

Summary: We and our friend's family have just spent a truly great few days in Gite Les Pres Billard. The cottage is both modern and full of charms and the surrounding farm beautifully tranquil. The cottage is located within easy access by road to Le Touquet, Boulogne-Sur-Mer and a number of other lovely seaside towns. After a day's visit, our toddlers and us would enjoy walking around the farm and greeting the residential horses and cows, or simply sitting down with one of the many games or books provided by the hosts. We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks, again, to Mr and Mrs Lebeurre for their warm hospitality. They have been really approachable, have answered all our requests and gone to great length to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The only pity of our trip was that it was too short. What a find! We look forward to come back again in the future. Lots of love, Yingying

Summary: We had a lovely stay here in August. We arrived early but that wasn't a problem - nothing was a problem for the wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to help and advise. Our grandaughter had several pony rides on Peter the Pony, without needing to ask, and loved it! The Gite is very well equipped and comfortable, and has plenty of space with three very good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A nice lounge and dining area with TV (could only find a couple of English news channels out of 1600!) and a selection of books and magazines and childrens board games. It is close enough to town for a walk to the square, but drive if you're going shopping. Town is small and not much is open in the evenings past about 9pm in the way of bars so stock up! Lots to do within 20 minutes drive - Le Touquet, Boulogne, Montruille sur mer are all worth a day out, and so is St Omer on market day (saturday. We went on our way back to Calais to kill time, and it gets you into Calais without using the A16). Make use of the packs of maps if you like a walk - they are very good and easy to follow, and state on the front how difficult they are. Our grandaughter managed a 'medium' 9Km no problem, including a pub stop, so there's no excuse! I would definitely go again - its so easy to get to it would be daft not to.

Summary: A nice gite in lovely surroundings and well placed to see the area. However the gite is split in two and this is not shown on the pictures.The rental is not for the full building.but all the upstairs and half of the downstairs with the garden divided by a fence. Struggled to get hot water for 7 people and lack of fixtures such as wardrobes and no mirrors in bedrooms. Only 2 toilets - not what stated in facilities description. No AC and no firewood. Also not complete price as stated as you will be charged for electric. Owners were helpful and our children loved the ponies. We felt the place could have been cleaner (lots of dust). Would probably not stay in this gite again but would return to the area.

Summary: we loved our stay in this lovely gite. The owners are heartwarming and felt at home instantly. the loctation is within an half our drive from nice beaches and walkingdistance from forrest. Our daughter fell in love with the pony which lived next to our garden. We will come back and reccommend it to friends and family

Summary: We had a fantastic short break at this beautiful house which is situated at a quiet location near a forest with easy access to a number of locations on the North West coast - Boulogne, Wimereaux, Hardelot, Le Touquet and Montreuil. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and tidy with loads of room for all the family. It has all the amenities you need for all ages and is suitable for both winter and summer holidays. The children (and ourselves!) very much enjoyed spending time with the horses and especially with Peter, the pony who came to say hello at every occasion through our kitchen window. We do miss him! The owners were very welcoming and friendly with lots of helpful information of local places to visit as well as those further afield (we also had a night in Paris). They maintain the house and grounds immaculately and are always at hand. We would highly recommend this place especially if you have a large family and will most definitely be going back again ourselves.

Summary: Wunderful! The best holiday we had. The house is very nice and has a high comfort. It's very clean. The bed is super. We didn't miss anything. The four kids und ourselves had a lot fun. The 4 weeks were wunderful.
