Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr Freddy and Ms Irene at the reception desk were amazing. The catering staff were also most caring.

Negative: It is not good to be woken up by very loud music on a Sunday morning. The music should be soft enough for the guest who wants to sleep late.

Positive: Everything-the staff, the breakfast, the room, the AC, the beach, the pool... Especially the staff was amazing. Jeremiah fixed us a boat trip, last minute, enabling our son to go fishing on the last day of our trip. He was absolutely amazing. Thank you very very much. We could also stay free of charge until 3 pm because we had a late flight. this was extremely confortable.
