Positive: Right I. The Via Francigena. The expresso machine even an American ( and I am American) could figure out how to use and the coffee was a plus. All new , stylish and very clean. Plenty of bottled water in the fridge! The owner met me as planned and breakfast was a free coupon for the bar a few doors down. More costly than I usually pay but so very worth it

Positive: Riccardo was an amazing host and the house exceeded our expectations! The house was so clean and private and it felt like the perfect getaway from the busyness of Rome! We also enjoyed the breakfast provided at the local cafe just down the street. Thank you Riccardo for making us feel so welcome! We would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area!
