Positive: I had a great stay in Gipson Guesthouse. The room was remarkably clean and the host was very attentive. You should know before coming that the mattress is very hard, but if you don't mind that you will enjoy your stay. the location is not ideal and requires taking the bus to go to town and the park.

Negative: Location is terrible. Very infrequent 30min long buses to town. Beds are super hard (yes I know I'm in Korea lol) No water filter On the opposite side of mountain from national park so you have to go back through town Way to expensive considering poor location

Positive: Owner was friendy and welcomely even he dose speak only a few words in English. Always quick response for message, super new and clean room! U can see the famouse rock in Mt seoraksan from garden

Negative: Location was a bit far from center and not many buses

Positive: The owner was kind and friendly. Sent me to the bus station on my last day which saved me a lot of time if I were to take the bus.

Negative: Location was not convenient for visiting the town and the National Park as the bus comes only every 2 hours.
