This strongly concrete constructed building condominium one bedroom- a sofa queen bed and two full bathrooms apartment is located in Cupecoy on the Dutch side. The apartment is located at Rainbow Beach Club, this beautifully furnished unit has a queen size master bedroom with it’s own master bathroom. The unit has central A.C.. The terrace has garden view but 3 minutes walking distance to our private beach.The kitchen is fully-equipped, 3 common pools, and free parking . Rainbow Beach Club is within walking distance (5minutes to Mullet Beach - 20 minutes to Maho beach, 5 minutes by car ) and a great selection of restaurants, shopping, night time entertainment, golf court (5 minutes walking distance ) and much more.

Summary: The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything which looked like a home to us. Location was excellent with walking distance to Mullet beach, restaurants and grocery store. Johnny was very friendly and easy to communicate. The building had water outage problem before we left. Overall it wouldn’t affect us too much.

Summary: We've come to St. Maarten twice now, we did the french Side the first time and this time decided to try the Dutch side. We stayed at Rainbow Beach Club on Cupecoy Beach and it was Spectacular, our beach was paradise with our own cave to get out of the sun, private and quiet, crystal clear waters, there's 3 salt water pools on the premise they're currently working on the 3rd, awesome location close to everything from grocery stores, restaurants, bars more beaches; mullet bay just next door and maho beach next to that, buses were so cheap we didn't need to rent a car to get to Simpson Bay & Phillipsburg which was further and cost only $2.50 per person and the kids were even cheaper! Also the unit itself was clean, provided all necessities for a great vacation, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, Security on premises 24/7 and check in was very smooth. Again the location of this condo was just perfect, ideal for all ages very easy going. This was the best vacation we've had to date. John and Anna were great hosts!

Summary: The property isnt as appealing to the eye until you actually get in the room or go to the pools/private beach. The room was well kept and very nice. The owners were excellent to work with. The property is in a great area close to some really nice places to eat. We traveled to Philipsburg and spent some time going through the shops and walking on the beach. The shops close early. We drove up to Orient beach for a day and really enjoyed Bikjni Beach.

Summary: The condo is just like the ad says very well appointed and roomy . We did have a few problems the storm or hurricane before we arrived knocked out the TV and things changed on hooking up to the Internet since Ana and John were there , and I'm sure that will be corrected if we had time it would have been done . I would not think twice about staying there again wewere so close to everything we wanted to do great location .thanks for making the condo available so others can enjoy

Summary: My wife and I recently spent 2 weeks at this condo located in Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. As advertised, it is a short distance from the airport but not so close that arriving/departing aircraft were a disturbance. The condo at the Rainbow Beach Club (RBC) provides all the amenities needed to make your vacation very relaxing and the owners have ensured that their vacation home provides all the necessities of life for your enjoyment. Internet connection, Bose radio, wonderful appliances and well decorated decor, helps to make your time in St. Martin an enjoyable experience. Whenever you get tired of cooking your own gourmet meals you can find excellent dining a short 5 minute walk from the condo and of course there is also a casino at the same location to help add some 'entertainment' to your vacation time. The owners seem to have anticipated your every need and aside from your groceries and personal care items they have ensured that their unit has everything required. The pools in the RBC are are favourite place to sit (in the sun or the shade), meet new friends and sip a refreshment as you listen to the sounds of the incoming waves on the beach below. While a traveller can walk or take local transportation (buses or taxis) to various points on the island, we found that a small rental car was convenient and enabled us to visit the various beaches and towns/cities on the island for additional dining and shopping. It was a wonderful two weeks and the owners (Johnny & Ana) have prepared a briefing paper that will assist you in enjoying St. Martin to the max.

Summary: This unit description sounded wonderful as we were looking for a different rental property in St. Maarten this year. Upon our arrival the unit exceded our expectations. Much to our liking we were so taken away the the lovely decorating and accomadations we found in the apartment upon check in. This unit had all the comforts of home plus many more! Communicating with Anna and Johnny prior to us leaving for St. Maarten was wonderful. They made sure all of questions and concerns were answered prior to us arriving in the beautiful Island of St. Maarten. Anna and Johnny are very gracious people who made sure our vacation was the best.
