Newly built July 2020 townhouse with private patio and modest back yard. 3 bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds. 2 bedrooms have balconies. Each room has it's own full bathroom w/ soaking tub. Large closets in each room along with a smart TV in each room and free wi-fi. Full size washer / dryer inside the unit. Large living room and spacious kitchen. 1/2 bath on 1st floor for your convenience. 2 car garage with excess parking in front. Kitchen has all amenities you will need for your stay. Summary: My friends and I came down to College Station for the Troubadour Festival, usually we let the ladies do our booking but it fell to me, so I was a little worried. But I was complimented on finding one of the nicest accommodations we've ever had. Super clean, spacious, and well within distance to everything we needed. The host Jason was very nice and attentive. 10/10 we will be staying here again next year.

Summary: Beautiful, clean and roomy. My family stayed here three days for my daughter's college graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and so nice to have 3 and a half bathrooms! Highly recommend!!

Summary: Property is super clean and very well stocked and very well maintained. And the pictures don’t do it justice as there is a lot more space in the living room and kitchen then it may lead you to believe. Definitely a great place to stay!

Summary: Went there for an Aggie wedding. Great location, place was well stocked and equipped. Very nice having access to the garage. I would definitely use this place again next time I visit for graduation.

Summary: This was an awesome place to stay. I went with my family to an event at A&M, very close to this place. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Jason was a great host as well. He was accommodating to our needs. Would book this place again.
