We recently finished the lowest level of our home into this awesome private living space!
Orange Room*
Starting with finished concrete floors, a dining area with kitchen, (we do not have a built-in oven, but there is a toaster oven and microwave), counter top electric stove, apartment size refrigerator with top freezer, plenty of cabinets and counter space.
Large bathroom with dresser/mirror, shower and vanity.
Comes furnished with a comfy couch, lazy boy recliner, 55" flat screen tv (includes Directv Netflix HBO and you can hook up your laptop to the HDMI 2 input).
Sleeping arrangements start with the "pull down from the wall" Murphy bed (Queen size) sleeps two. Comfy couch will sleep one. Maximum accommodations: 3 guests.

Blueroom* We just added even more living space with the completion of our added master bedroom the "Blue room". If you need extra sleeping space or you just want to splurge a little more this is the Add-on for you. This beautifully furnished giant bedroom has a queen size bed with ample seating space, giant wall tapestries, a door to outdoor seating amongst the trees for coffee on a hanging bench swing. All this can be added to your stay for an additional nightly rate of $30.00 per night.

This space (The blue room*)will be locked off for those who just want the original (orange room*) for a lower price.

Summary: Stayed 4 nights in February. Was very comfortable, clean, private, and accommodating. Had a small fenced in yard/area that was perfect for our Goldendoodle! Kim was very nice. Would stay there again!

Summary: This was a cute and quiet place that felt safe. I had back surgery a couple months ago, so I was expecting reals steps. The hill climb was hard for me due to that & I would suggest better lighting in the dark to see the stones/steps.

Summary: First of all, nowhere does it accurately describe the RIDICULOUS hike down the hill to get to the apt! It is TWO FLIGHTS with uneven paver steps and NO handrail! (It's a sub-basement apt.) There are a few lights but not nearly enough for safety. When I mentioned this to the owner, she said "That's why we say in our ad that this isn't appropriate for "elderly" or "handicapped" people... (I'm about the same age as she is so no, I am NOT elderly OR handicapped and I didn't see that at all) I told her she might do well to put in a staircase with a rail but she didn't want to hear it. OK, well it's a lawsuit waiting to happen-that's all I'm saying! While drying my hair I had a huge cobweb fall on me. Yeah, clean a little more deeply next time! Several places the wallpaper was peeling and there were huge gaps in the weatherstriping--if there was any--under the door to the "patio". The beds were comfortable, of course although I clearly stated there were 3 adults, she decided not to mention that the second bedroom was extra. Did she think one of us would be comfortable on the small sofa in the living room? So the regular rental is a Murphy bed and a 5 ft non-sofabed sofa. NOT what I signed up for at all! When I called about this, she tried to push the extra fee on me and then gave up and threw it in. Parking was ridiculous! She actually asked if we'd move over 4 inches so she could fit a 3rd car onto their 2 car drive. Never again!

Summary: It was a very nice place, clean and in the perfect little piece of nature. The only thing missing was laundry facilities but there is a very nice laundry mat right down the road. Was a perfect place to relax after hot days at the ballpark for a tournament. It was nice and cool and the little outside area is shaded. Loved our stay, great communication with the owners.
