Positive: One of the better hotels in the area, with good rooms and facilities. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area and many more within walking distance. Underground parking was good and included.

Negative: They charge ALL foreign credit cards incorrectly. This happened to our family, my nephews, nieces and my sister in law who stayed at the same time--3 suite rooms. By charging us in USD and not allowing us to select payment in KRW, we payed extra $$ per room per night. Not a lot but considering the cost of the rooms at $109 a night, this is basically a 5% mark-up/fee per night for no reason, except to boost prices.

Positive: - Buffet style breakfast was good. - Staff could a little bit bout enough Japanese.

Negative: - Staff did not speak English. Difficult for communications. - Coffee machine in breakfast area did not work. Very weak taste. - There was no clock in the guest room. Need to check my cell phone always.
