This two bedroom holiday house is modern, cozy and located very close to town ensuring it has everything to make your stay truly memorable.
With only a two minute walk to Wanaka town / lake and fantastic lake/ mountain views from the lounge the location is unbeatable. The property is set back from the road ensuring quietness and privacy, the sunny courtyard at the back of the house is an ideal place for relaxing or entertaining.
There is also a large garage for the safe parking of your car, bikes and snow gear. For your additional convenience there is a drying room so that everything is ready for your next day on the snow.
The bedrooms have new split king beds which can be set up for you as either double or a twin rooms. All linen is included in the nightly rate. The lounge has a log burner and all firewood is provided. There is also a heatpump and a heat transfer system so all the house is snug and warm during the winter months.

Summary: This is perhaps one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Fantastic location, super clean and fully kitted out with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Absolutely loved the view of the lake from the living area and the sunny & sheltered courtyard was a lovely spot for an afternoon drink.
