Summary: Genio is very clean, rooms are spacious and staff is very attentive. Very speedy check out as well.

Summary: The staff was very kind. The location is not so good if you want to do things by walking. The room was OK, but even though it was a non smoking room it had a lot of cigarette smell. Asked for another room and it was the same. They just put a spray that attenuated the smell. But towels and sheets were still smelling.

Summary: Not central to anything. Met needs of a last minute layover. Changed rooms due to lack of internet. Nice staff.

Summary: The hotel is very nice and spotless clean. wifi is also good. staffs were very friendly. Hotel must have international outlet for charging mobile phones. Hotel just have indonesian style outlet which doesnt fit usa style chargers. This needs to be improved by hotel since many international guest visit them. Everything else is excellent.
