Summary: The staff are incredibly kind, and helpful. Cole, the bartender at Brumley's in the hotel was friendly, and engaging. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it's walking distance to so many Greeneville gems. Beds were comfortable, the room a/c was fantastic!

Summary: Could use a few upgrades. Didn’t care for the foam mattress. It wasn’t very comfortable. But the hotel met that century old charm. Restaurant on-site was a nice bonus. I would comeback for a short visit again.

Summary: Hotel was fine, only one comfortable chair in out room. TV is quite dated (small) as is the programming all ads. Hotel provides $10/person cards to use to get coffee and bagels. Nice restaurant on site. Good location to walk and see the sights.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Good evening dining on site. Breakfast is a ten dollar voucher for a local Coffee shop that is a tenant in the hotel. Great coffee shop, not so good for hotel breakfast. Hotel permits smoking at the entrance into the property which is very uncomfortable. Perhaps move your smoking area elsewhere in the courtyard.

Summary: Lovely atmosphere, comfortable room. We enjoyed a wonderful night here, I wish we could have stayed longer. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The only caution is be careful walking on the bathroom floor in socks...it is VERY slippery!

Summary: Hotel is amazing and so historic. Only issue I encountered was that I was on the 4th floor (highest floor) & heat rises. The room was 72 degrees when I got in the room. It was about 90 degrees outside so it was hot. I set the temperature to 68(lowest cool setting allowed), and from 5pm until after midnight the temperature went up to 75 degrees, even though the AC was pumping. It finally cooled overnight and was at 68 when I woke up. I survived and other than that all was great. Loved the $10 coupon for the coffee shop on the property that I received when I checked in. Nice bonus in the morning.

Summary: The Inn was very charming. The rooms as well as the lobby were very clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was not hot on at least two mornings. The restaurant and lounge was very nice and the food was wonderful; however, we were there over the weekend and it was not open until Tuesday evening. I would also like to see some brochures or some sort of literature available to guests on the Inn itself. For instance, how did it come to be, when was it built, who built it, what significance does it have to the city/county, etc.
