Positive: Every part of our stay was outstanding. Mahmoud (Front of House Manager) and his team are incredible and you feel like you are being take care of by family. I will be back with my family for a holiday because of Mahmoud and the Team. Mahmoud takes customer service very seriously and I cannot thank him and the team enough for what they did.
Negative: Wifi is very slow. it would be good to have a better connection for those that are staying for work purposes.
Summary: Gemma Resort was the perfect place for me to stay while I was working in the area. I will be back!

Positive: Il ristorante ha offerto ogni giorno menu' diversi e sempre di qualita', nel rispetto della cultura culinaria locale ed internazionale. L'animazione, secondo me, e' da migliorare sotto alcuni aspetti. Se da una parte va bene essere discreti e rispettare la privacy, dall'altra un coinvolgimento maggiore in attivita' divertenti e' d'obbligo. Magari valutando la possibilita' di organizzare tornei ed attivita' in orari piu' consoni alla temperatura durante il giorno (torneo di beachvolley alle 12:00 e' impraticabile, solo a titolo d'esempio). La spiaggia meravigliosa. Vorrei anche segnalare l'efficenza e la professionalita' mostrata da tutto lo staff alla reception ed in particolare Mr. Hazeme. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo momento e sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Un valore aggiunto a questa struttura.

Positive: My daughter and I spent one week at Gemma resort and it was one of the best trips to Egypt Ever. The resort is great, clean and up to 5 stars standard but what is more important the warm and kind staff in the hotel from the reception Mr Hazem and Mr Mahmoud to the international Animation staff Ziad, Sheko, Mody and Caroline are all amazing! Thank you Gemma resort we will come back again for sure!!!

Positive: For the first time I found difficulty in picking up what I like most the faciliy, location, luxury, cleanliness etc... but I would like to talk about staff who were extremely helpful, cheerful, welcoming, polite and professional. This was in every single area in the resort ( restaurants, reception, beach housekeeping) If you are looking for exceptional vacation Gemma Marsa Alam is the ultimate place specially if you are looking for comfort and privacy. It was my first time to extend my stay in a vacation although arrangement for such extend was tough.
Negative: Hope that constructions near the beach ended soon although it was not affecting our stay that much specially that accommodation is away from the beach and activities areas to keep accommodation area quiet.

Positive: Gemma Resort is an amazing place to stay and offers very good value for the price. The location is perfect, close to Wadi El Gemal, with beautiful direct access to the beach. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The food was also great, especially the evening barbecue, which we really enjoyed. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, who always go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to Hazem at the front desk, Mahmoud who kept our room always very clean and nice, Hany at the pool bar who made the best cocktails for us, and the animation team, who are the best I have ever seen. A special mention to the guys who always took the time to play with our daughter — she loved it! We will definitely be back!
