Positive: Overall stay were a super nice experience in Gemma resort. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The only downside was the distance from the airport, as it’s a bit far, but everything else was perfect. I highly recommend.

Positive: The hotel is very focused on italian clients so the food is very good accordingly to that. Every evening there was different theme dinner - steaks, seafood, barbeque, fish and everything was delicious. The staff was nice and friendly, making jokes all the time with everyone, our waiter Atty was super nice and we always went to his tables. Also the receptionst Bassem was very helpful and friendly. Early check-in and late check-out without problem and without further payments. The hotel is older but the rooms were clean and cozy.

Negative: The wifi connection was not very reliable and internet was slow - you can send messages and write emails but you wont be able to connect to zoom or watch a movie on Netflix. However, the wifi is everywhere - the rooms, restaurant, beach, pools... As I've already mentioned, the hotel is very italian-focused therefore all the activities were in Italian language, events, games...so if you dont speak Italian you would not enjoy it. There are not many activities for the guests than those in italian so there is not much to do except lying on the beach or by the pool. You can have mixed drinks and beer in all the bars by the pool and beach but they dont serve wine (I dont like sweet drinks and I cannot drink beer as I am gluten allergic). You can get wine only in the restaurant which is opened only during the meals.

Positive: The facilities are good and the access to the sea is awesome, with the reef just a few meters away. Staff is friendly and everyone speaks English and Italian at least

Positive: Very nice place, we had a wonderful time at Gemma during New Year’s week! The room was spacious and clean with all comforts. Amazing staff, everyone was very kind from the cleaning team, to the reception, restaurant and bar staff! We had a little problem with the hairdryer in the room and it was solved within 10 minutes! The place is really neat and well kept: the gardens, the pool, the beach everything amazing! Shoutout to the animation teams international and Italian, we had a lot of fun! We totally recommend Gemma :)
