Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a nice garden and lots of privacy. The owner lives across the street if you need anything.

Negative: The host is very nice, but when I booked it became apparent that Belvilla was handling our booking. And they did everything to frustrate the process. We have 2 small puppies, and when I booked it said pets allowed. Then Belvilla said there was only 1 pet allowed and I had to contact the owner to make arrangements. Fortunately it was oke, just had to pay for 2 dogs (eur 10,- per dog). Then they said I had to pay a deposit and that I had to pay extra for electricity. Since Booking said I had paid everything and that there were no extra costs involved, I didn't pay that. They also said I had to print my booking and hand it to the owner. Who needs that nowadays? I dont have a printer, so i didnt print anything and the owner never asked about it. Also the WiFi didn't work at all. The owner said it was because of the weather (we had rain everyday).
