Positive: Great location, center is walking distance. Comfortable apartment. The fjord and the waterfalls are wonderful.
Negative: We could not get the dishwasher working.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable. Easy and very nice walk down the river to the port of Geiranger. Well-equipped kitchen, with utensils. Newly renovated bathroom (it's the nicest room in the apartment). Free parking right in front of the entrance door. There is also a nice terrace, which we couldn't use because the weather was cold and very wet.
Negative: We didn't know the apartment was in a cabin that looked half-ruined from the outside. It might have been the beginning of some reconstruction work, it's hard to tell. A notification of some sort would have been appreciated, because the apartment is far from cheap. Second, having absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom is really unreasonable! Arriving late in the evening, after a whole-day ride, and not having even a mini hand soap in the bathroom made no sense! There was also no hair dryer (although it was listed as available) and no one was answering my emails and calls about it. Finally, I went to a nearby hotel (the same where we collected the apartment keys) and borrowed one from them. Lastly, you are expected to leave the apartment in a perfectly clean state on departure, but no cleaning material is provided!

Negative: Water heating issue. It took forever to reheat water in the bathroom after just one shower.

Positive: Beautiful location, easy to access, parking right in front of the house! Nice and cozy!
Negative: No wash cloth or drying up cloths for wiping surfaces. The toilet paper holder was broken and the microwave didn’t work.
