Positive: The location is excellent. The best you get in Idukki. And food was awesome as well. Especially the behavior from staff was really good

Negative: Only issue was the inconsistent wifi connectivity. But who cares it when you get that kind of a location

Positive: This resort is an underrated place. It has a great view of the Idduki catchment (from floors 2nd and above). If you are lucky you can also witness the cloud beds here. You can have access to nearby quick mountain hikes. The stay itself is quite comfortable, great food and well thought amenities. We didn't face any problems and the staff was able to cater to random snack requests in the evening.

Negative: Credit Card transactions are currently charged at a fee, they should consider getting rid of this.
