Positive: A lovely, clean, and comfortable hotel very close to the train station. It is near lots of eateries and shops. The breakfast is outstanding with an exceptional selection of delicious foods. Everyone was professional, efficient, and nice. We would stay here again.

Negative: That’s it’s being sold and new owners starting in few days and that one could feel it, experience it with a very small selection of Bfast buffet, no sauna as broken and really heavy atmosphere

Summary: I was super disappointed as I feel we’ve been ripped of wanting to stay at this property forever and now finally did it

Positive: Kind people, fantastic location, an imposing building.

Negative: Sauna not available on the day due to some technicality (I understand it can happen, so this is not the reason I was not very happy). Main issue: there was a pretty bad smell emanating from the bathroom in my room at the top floor; I'm pretty robust to this so if it disturbed me, it would likely disturb other guests considerably more. Everything else was very nice but it just doesn't compensate (e.g., I'm writing this from another hotel in a different city which is way more basic and "boring", but clean and fresh air, and I much prefer that).
