Positive: I liked the informal layout of the exterior of the property and the facilities provided i.e. bbq swimming pool, tables and umbrellas and although I did not use them the washing machines and dryer.

Negative: The outdoor areas meant that people sat out late at night talking smoking (2 am) - It was a holiday however so I was relaced and did not let it worry me.

Summary: A friendly well laid out arrangement of apartments which were fitted out to a high standard.

Positive: The property is exceptional! Spotlessly clean, modern and stunning. The indoor pool has a jacuzzi and speakers so you can play your own music, it has a bar area complete with fridge to keep your own drinks cold, there is also seating inside the pool complex, a shower and toilet. Outside there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machines, tumble drier, pizza oven and drinking water machine. Loads of space to sit and eat with tables, chairs and parasols. There’s a roof terrace, fitted with artificial grass and sun beds to relax on. Parking outside the property no problem. The staff are so helpful, they cannot do enough for you.

Positive: Amazing value for money. Brand new apartments, very smart and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The man who greeted us was very nice and informative, recommending some restaurants and things to do- they were great recommendations too! Beautiful bathroom with a great powerful shower. Big bedroom and lounge with a big dining room table. A big new TV in the lounge and bedroom! The kitchen facilities were great- a coffee machine, an air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, every utensil, glassware and plate that we could possibly need. We felt very safe, secure doors and a secure gated area. We had shutters on the windows so the rooms went really dark, which was great with our sleeping baby. The inside pool was great, with a shower and toilet nearby. The location is fantastic, it took us 10 minutes to walk to the harbour to all the restaurants. Or a couple of minute drive, we would happily return to these apartments and have already recommended them to our friends and family who visit Almerímar regularly.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
