Positive: Loved how welcoming and thoughtful the staff were. They were also very prepared when it came to my pet dog. I also loved the peacocks serenading the property.

Negative: Nothing. It was all good.

Positive: Excellent location, spacious, the peacocks and birds are a great addition. The staff is brilliant. Special shout out to Pandian and Jayaseelan, who addressed our concerns immediately and the manager at the restaurant who really made us feel at home. They arranged a car for us to go around Madurai. The price was premium, but definitely worth it because the driver (Kalidas) was really good, the car was comfortable and it came with wifi and water.

Negative: They were very very full in the day that we were there and they initially gave us a room that wasn’t really ready to accommodate us. It wasn’t clean, it had a smell and the ceiling fan wasn’t working. But as soon as we brought it to the manager’s attention, they moved us to a much much better room.
