Summary: The room was clean and comfortable, but the heater barely worked. The room was freezing when I arrived so I turned the heater up as far as it would go. It took 9 hrs for it to get warm enough to manage. I had this same room a year ago and it had the same issue then. There's also a large gap around the door and the freezing wind blew in all night.

Summary: Room and everything were very clean but the beds and pillows are not comfortable at all, the room AC unit was so loud while on and when it was turning off, it will wake me up every time.

Summary: The room as clean but the entire facility was vacant except for me -- there was no one in the office, just a note on the door directing me to a soda shop next door to check in. It was old and quite unkept on the exterior. The room itself was very dated right down to the huge fluorescent light fixture on the ceiling. The bed was very saggy and the pillows were old shredded foam. The price seemed high for the 'amenities.'

Summary: We came for a funeral. We arrived late Our room was so very clean, and comfortable. We left by 10am. Easy check-in and checkout. They accommodated us by changing our room to the ADA room. Thank you
