Positive: Loved the ambience when entering the hotel. The breakfast was excellent The outside staff were very helpful, as were most if the interior ones.

Negative: After entering, when we were feeling really happy we went to the reception desk. He took basic details then waved us off to sit in some chairs and wait. We waited and waited. No reason was given. Eventually he came over ran through a few final points very quickly and told us our luggage would be waiting for us in our room. It wasn't. It appeared half an hour later. This really took the edge off our positive first impressions. So much so that we seriously investigated moving elsewhere. In the reception hall is a trolley with complimentary drinks. If we had been offered this and given a reason for our wait then the whole experience would have been improved. The room although good was fully sealed and felt stale after we had been in it for a day. No obvious extraction in the bathroom. Now we know the hotel better check in wouldn't be an issue. We would stay here again or use another in this hotels family. However we would need a balcony. The hotel is not on a Tuk tuk route and is a good walk from the town. Good for the able, limiting if you have incapacities and no car.

Positive: Our stay at the hotel was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who were extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured that we were comfortable and well attended to throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the excellent food. The restaurant served delicious, well-prepared meals with a good variety to choose from. The restaurant staff (Mr. Ankush, Ms. Tannu, Manisha, Shila, Mr. Nisikant - to name the few, the others we don't remember names - sorry) were equally courteous and attentive, making every dining experience enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality and professionalism of the team made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated the respectful attitude of the staff at both the reception and the restaurant.

Positive: Nice, clean rooms and the food in the restaurant was good. The staff in the bar were great and the ambience was good.

Negative: Breakfast could have been better. Too little variety and not enough space in the restaurant when busy. Staff overrun.
