Summary: This was a lovely hotel. However, be warned that if you book a room based on the picture you will be let down- there was no four-poster bed in our room. Actually although we had clearly booked a Kat4 room with a balcony, the first room we were allocated had no balcony and a view from the window of a wall. We complained and were then given a slightly larger room with a shared balcony, but no sign of the four poster bed. Breakfast was fine, and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Summary: Resturant unavailable during our visit due to the lack of staff so check before booking . However this is nice family run hotel with a good breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size and were clean with a 1970s feel. Quiet location & convenient on the B500 just outside town & the hotel down the road has a superb resturant 5 min walk away.

Summary: A beautiful and traditional hotel, with exceptional service and traditionally adorned rooms. Breakfast selection is simple but very high quality and again exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel highly and would stay there again. Sad to leave.

Summary: Good hôtel except a very averag service. You wait everywhere, at the front desk, at the restaurant... Waitress disapear or discuss with customers while you are waiting for a meal... it would be great to improve attention.
