Positive: Nice view, spacious room and a good bed! Helpfull app assistance with Arca. Tram is a few minutes walk. Park the car at P +R sud lux

Negative: Registration with ID took a lot of time. The water in the shower did not run away well. The pans to cook were not that good. it would be nice to have more cleaning facilities like towels in the kitchen for dishes. If you need more than 1 big towel, bring your own. It was good for us like this.
