Summary: Very friendly staff at check in who upgraded us but unfortunately this meant that when we checked out they couldn’t find us on the system so check out was delayed. Lovely room, comfy bed. Shame food isn’t served at weekends

Summary: The bed was itchy and very uncomfortable and it had a huge bulge in the centre. The shower took over 20minutes to warm up and the tiles were hanging off the wall. The jug of water in the gym had a layer of stagnant film across it and mould growing as it had been there so long. The menu options were limited as the majority of it was not available. The photos online are a lot better than the actual building.

Summary: I had stayed in this hotel last year, now under new management. The room was good, the food was good, the price was good, the staff very helpful & friendly, lots of space in the hotel. I did not make use of any facilities (I don't in any hotel). The place seemed to be rather empty and lacked atmosphere, hopefully that will come as the new team work the hotel up. I would stay here again.

Summary: Nice hotel with lots of parking and very friendly staff at reception. Gym was OK but no water and the lift was broken so bags had to be carried up to the second floor. Breakfast wasn't included either and the hotel is a little tired. OK for one night however.
