Positive: The room was gorgeous, nicely decorated (aimed at Highland tourists) with good facilities. The en suite was sharp, and the shower was really good. Breakfast was excellent, though we weren't given a choice for the cooked element so had to do a bit of mix and match at the table.

Negative: The bed was a wee bit creaky and a wee bit bouncy, making for a less settled night than it might have been. There was only one accessible power socket in the room, albeit there was an extension plugged into it, making it hard to charge both mobiles - and we never worked out where we could plug in the kettle.

Summary: Lovely B&B in an excellent location for exploring in/around Dingwall.

Positive: The owner of this property is very hospitable and friendly and the breakfast she served was generous and tasty. We stayed in over 20 properties during our month in the UK and Ireland and rated the shower at this property the best of them all! Parking was conveniently on the property and free.

Negative: The number of power points available was limited. While an extension cord with additional plugs was provided, it was not possible to have the power points close to the beds.

Summary: A very pleasant stay with a great breakfast and easy parking.
