Positive: The check-in process was straightforward as per the instructions, though I will not elaborate further for safety reasons. The property resembles the photographs, but one should not have overly high expectations. The karaoke hall is excellent for entertainment and socializing. It features mini-games that are enjoyable for both children and adults. The location is ideal if you wish to stay near the city, as it is close to many places. I would rate the pool 10/10; it is not too deep, suitable for both children and adults, but can accommodate only about 5-6 children at a time. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and enjoy a barbecue using the provided electric barbecue and nearly complete kitchen equipment. (Please inquire for those who require Muslim-friendly facilities.) The living room has its own television for Netflix, while children play by the pool. The rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, which are ample for families.

Negative: Areas for improvement include the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bed linens, toilet, washing machine area, and kitchen (which is slippery). I would rate the cleanliness 6/10. There are issues with the air conditioning in all rooms; setting it to 16 degrees Celsius does not seem to have any effect. Fortunately, we were exhausted and fell asleep quickly. I did not contact customer service due to their slow response, which I found not worth my time. They should conduct checks beforehand. Although there is a microwave, there are no rice cookers. The Cuckoo dispenser requires waiting for water to refill, and it is unclear when it was last serviced. The stove is beautiful, but need a lighter to turn it on which u need to buy urself as none of the available lighters work.

Summary: Despite these issues, I would rate my overall experience 6/10, but I would consider staying here again in the near f

Negative: They really need to care abt the maintenance and cleaness of the property...too many centipede around the pool area and karaoke room. The sofa in karaoke room very bad and centipede in that as well.

Positive: We absolutely loved our time at this homestay. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and had a warm, homely feel to it. The homestay is located in a peaceful area, which made it a perfect spot for unwinding and taking in the beauty of the surroundings. The house is so clean and the kids love spending time in the pool. This is a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic experience. We would absolutely stay here again!
