Downstairs accommodation @ The Breezes is full of light all around with the sun streaming through all the rooms.
This accommodation is great for 2 couples or a family as the bedrooms are at each end of the house for more privacy.
You have areas to sit outside or inside the sun shines all throughout the property.
Just soak in the serenity of the peace and quiet and listen to the bird life.
Great place to stay for bird watchers with close proximity to Corner Inlet and Shallow Inlet where there is an abundance of different bird species.
We now have hand sanitizer available at the front entrance and also in the kitchen area for the safety and convenience of our guests.
Our cleaning standards have always been high but extra precautions have now been put into place.
What is special about this place there is plenty of undercover parking for cars without being open to the elements of the weather.
Guests accommodation is for downstairs only but have access to all outdoor areas .
Please note as from April 2021 we will be living in the upstairs accommodation which is separate from the guests accommodation so we will be hands on if required for any information, knowledge on the local areas and also if you want to book the Pennicott Cruises we can do that for you as well just let us know when you want to go and the dates. We do not charge a bond so please keep in mind breakages will be paid for by the guests.
The Garden View Rooms is separate accommodation from the owners which there are only the two of us that reside on the property and our very friendly Jack Russell who is kept separate from guests accommodation

Summary: Robyn was an amazing host, friendly, helpful and not at alll intrusive. She gave us information on local sight seeing and amenities. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and relaxing - the beds, made beautifully, lovely guest soaps, a pod coffee machine, a mini hifi system and a DVD player with a variety of CDs & DVDs.The kitchen was equipped with every appliance imaginable! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Garden View Rooms at The Breezes to anyone wanting all the comforts of home, all within a short drive of the ancient scenery of Yiruk Wamoon (Wilson's Prom), all for a very reasonable price.

Summary: We had the best time staying at The Breezes in the Garden View Room. Everything was well presented and SUPER clean. The property had everything you could possibly need, including an awesome kitchen and multiple great outdoor areas. It was clear there had been a lot of attention to detail. The location was perfect, as it allowed easy access to the Prom and also opportunity to explore the local area and nearby towns. Robyn and Wayne were the nicest hosts, so friendly and accommodating. They were great communicators and knew just how to make everyone- including our kids- feel welcome. I actually felt sad to say goodbye! We would highly recommend this property and hope that one day we can come back. Thank you so much for having us.

Summary: This is a well located property with all amenities and less than an hour's drive to Wilson's Prom. It is a short walk to the local grocery store and restaurant which was very handy. Robyn is absolutely lovely and gave us some really good suggestions for places to visit. Communication was always very clear and prompt. We visited the shallow inlet beach (a lovely calm beach that was a great intro to the ocean for my 20-month-old!) and made a day trip to Wilson's prom. We will be back to visit again. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Summary: Robyn is a very nice host. We felt comfortable in the house and had a great time. The weather was not so good (cold and windy) but we don't hold that against Robyn ;-)
