Orchard Hill Farm sits on a hill overlooking 36 acres with amazing vineyards and countryside views. There are beautiful gardens, ancient oaks, and fountains. The Garden View Room is 550 sq feet with a private entrance, balcony, king bed, fireplace, seating area and private bathroom. It is perfect for 2 guests. We offer gourmet coffee and tea, baked goods, luxury amenities, bedding, and robes. We have Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and a complimentary electric charging station for vehicles. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described. Comfortable, clean, and everything seemed to work well. Convenient to west side wineries as well as Templeton, Moro Bay (don't miss Taco Temple!), and the sand spit at Montana del Oro State Park. Beautiful view of garden from deck is perfect end to long day. Unit is tucked away far enough from Vineyard Drive to avoid noise from weekend tasting traffic. Minor issue getting into property was quickly resolved by text and phone even after regular business hours on a Friday. Kudos to management. Would book again and recommend.

The Garden View room was great for the two of us however the description was a bit confusing. We had a 2 bedroom, no access to a kitchen but for our purpose it was all good. The rooms were clean but balcony could used a little TLC. We would definitely come back & recommend.

Summary: A nice spacious room, perfect for 2 people. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony overlooking the garden while sipping coffee in the mornings. Deb and Doug supplied everything needed for a simple stay and were very welcome to questions and requests. My husband and I also enjoyed taking an evening stroll around the property under a full moon and sitting by the fireplace.

The location is about as beautiful and relaxing as it can get, and the room itself was comfortable and relaxing. The views from the room and the property were wonderful. You are really 'away from it all' here, yet only a short drive from town and plenty of things to do. The hosts were very nice, and they make an effort to make sure that you are having a nice stay. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures, and had everything we needed. Whenever we travel to Paso again, we will definitely look up the availability here.
