Positive: All you need for a short or long stay, to eat in or eat out. Coles and places to eat just up the road, with plenty of transport options. Secure building, very inviting warm apartment.

Negative: Not a game breaker but full size towels would be nice, can't fault anything else all the comforts of home in warm and cosy apartment.

Summary: Easy booking, entry to apartment, bag checkin at Arcadia cafe very convenient & lovely staff.

Positive: This is a well equipped flat in a great location, but it is in need of some repairs

Negative: I hope you done need to ask for assistance. We had the temerity to message and ask where the dishwasher tablets were (turned out the cleaner forgot to leave any). The owner is the rudest and least helpful host I have ever experienced. They were removed from Airbnb and we had to switch our booking to this platform. Maybe this is why that happened?
