Positive: It’s clean I slept so well. Appreciate all the amenities. They are top notch and well stocked mini bar is all free. There’s also a lounge that we can relax in while reading design books. The hotel is also one of the top design hotels in Japan

Positive: Staff are polite, very helpful and kind. They will try their best to help you, greet you on arrival and departure. Staff left a sweet treat in our room each night. Beds comfy. The hotel is new and had a good reputation.

Negative: The AC was on the lowest (coldest temperature) yet the room was hot and humid. The rooms are small but this might be a Japan thing.
