Positive: Wonderful place. Great seaview, very nice staff and pool. Up to 10 minutes drive to beautiful closest beaches and to breathtaking Sv. Stefan hilltop view. Villa is situated on the hill and this is advantage as it offers free, convenient and always available parking - It's absolutely luxury good in Budva area. Location also offers calmness and peace - against by the sea locations that are noisy and overcrowded.

Positive: Beautiful view, clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped, friendly staff , nice pool, good choice of breakfast & coffee available for reasonable prices.Quiet atmosphere.Easy access with car and free parking available. Small supermarket not far, great restaurant with amazing sunset view not far. Car recommended!

Positive: Amazing hotel with everything brand new and spotless. The swimming pool offers a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay away from the busy streets of the Budva region, yet it was just a 10-minute drive to the area. Highly recommend!

Negative: We had an issue with drainage in the shower but it was fixed within an hour as we raised the issue.
