Positive: It was close to Omiya Station. Also it was very quiet.
Negative: Bedding and towels were little bit old. And one of two beds smells stink.

Negative: Not really a bad thing but the bed is not sturdy. But still comfortable.

Positive: The location was great, very close to Omiya Station with a shopping centre and trains 30 minutes to downtown Tokyo. This was also the perfect place to stay, should one wish to attend the Traditional Latin Mass at the Omiya Chapel of SSPX. There were tons of good restaurants and convenience stores around, and the room was both clean and spacious, with a kitchen and a dinning area. The ceiling lamp had a built-in projector, which could function as a TV as well.
Negative: This was not the fault of the place, but the building did not have an elevator. Although the room was only one level above the ground, it could be challenging for some to carry heavy luggage to the room.
Summary: I would definitely love to stay here again
