Positive: Nice accomodation, with basic things you need for your vacation by the sea. The hosts are absolutely adorable people, they were very helpful with all the requests. It's 5 minutes walk to the sea. Calm area, nice sitting patio outside. Recommended!

Positive: The whole Garden House is brand new, newly constructed, and equipped. So, we liked everything about our studio number 7. The garden is very nice, but it is not as big as it appears in the pictures and it is shared by all 20 facilities (mostly studios and a few apartments) Thus it can be overcrowded by guests, children, and noise. The beach is within walking distance, second row of villas from the beach front. Some find it close. I don't. It stretches for kilometres left and right in a straight line and faces the open sea.

Negative: The garden villa doesn't have its own parking or street parking option. Instead, parking is a 5-minute walk on an empty plot, dirty surface (grass and dust) - not so nice. The beach requires beach shoes for comfortable entry. There is a stretch of big underwater rocks which makes entering the sea quite uncomfortable! It becomes deep quite soon. The shops are very small with limited supply. Has two markets and 2 butcher shops, no bakery. This place Velika or Velica is basically a farming village, making its basic steps towards tourist place. Quiet and underdeveloped.

Positive: The house and apartments are wonderful, neat, clean, tidy and new. The garden is magical, with lots of great places to sit and relax. The hosts are great, warm and welcoming people who made sure we had a comfortable stay. We will surely visit it again.

Positive: The garden and house is really nice. They have all what is needed for short stay in the room. What I did not like was communication with the owner at the beginning. I believe that reason for this is that they do not understand English and do not speak it . I believe they are very honest and good people , we managed to solve our differences and to have in the end good stay.

Negative: There was a misunderstanding at the beginning whit our room , but in the end we managed to solve it. Also parking is not so close and also the beach is little far .

Positive: Modern and spacious amenities with a nice shared garden and in close proximity (3-4 minutes walk) from the beach and restaurants/cafes/markets which made the property being quiet when you needed to, but at the same time next to the vibrant social spaces. Friendly owners that were available to make your stay as best as possible during your holidays. The property's parking at a distance of 1-2 minutes walk from the rooms, was a bonus, even though the area provides plenty of free civil parking spaces.

Negative: Suggestions to visitors: 1) confirm with management about the availability of hair dryer before visit 2) same as above confirm the availability of shower toiletries 3) agree with management the frequency of room cleaning and bed sheets/towel change in advance to fit your needs Suggestions to management: 1) Provide a type of brief and clear instructions for the hob 2) Ensure TV signal is better
