Summary: The Garden Cottage was a lovely retreat and perfect place to unwind for a few days. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and enjoyed the fire on a rainy night. There is plenty to do locally including a must visit to the Woodbury Store cafe, Geraldine and forest walks. Thank you to hosts Jim and Mary for making us feel very welcome.

Summary: Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. The property was super cosy and had all we needed for our weekend stay. The property owners were lovely to talk to and we enjoyed the beautiful garden. Would definitely come back again.

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and pleasant stay. The cottage had all the amenities, we had the fire on both nights so it was really cosy. Jim and Mary were also very sweet, offering local insight. Definitely will be recommending to others!

Summary: The cottage was warm and cosy, and the hosts were very helpful. We arrived at dusk for our first night's stay and Jim had kindly lit the fire for. Lovely view of their backyard from the living area.

Summary: Did a quick overnight on our way to Christchurch from Queenstown. Space was perfect! Had everything we needed, beautiful gardens and easily accessible. So much nicer than a hotel and very comfortable. Left us breakfast in the fridge, that was greatly appreciated after eating out for so many days.Fabulous hosts and highly recommend!
