Positive: The staff was very kind. There were thoughtful touches for the kids like gifts, entertainment and nighttime stories.

Negative: This was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Two hooks fell off the wall in the bathroom. The “suite” is no bigger than a typical hotel room in the USA. The property is not easily walkable to town. Paying for water at dinner feels insulting when it is included for breakfast. We were told there was a six night minimum and another family we talked to were told there was a five night minimum.
