Positive: To be able to park safe close to the property . Ideal location for Filey Bridlington flamborough and Bempton. How quiet it was. and peaceful. Also we werent hassled by anyone so we had a lovely peaceful holiday

Negative: the furniture even though very comfy was a bit low for us. We struggled to get out because of our knees. Wasnt that i didnt like it, you could log into your amazon/netflix. But people were not clearing their details off . just a not for others

Positive: Was a lovely warm welcoming accommodation, and Danielle was really nice. I spoke with her a couple of times during our stay . The place had everything we needed and really well decorated.

Positive: The only thing I have taken a mark off for was the shower. It was very difficult to turn the hot/cold knob and went from cold to scalding hot with the tiniest of turns. Everything else was lovely. We have been several times to the same place and it's always very clean and comfortable. It's a 10 mins walk into the centre of Flamborough and very quiet.

Positive: Loved the doggy treats and bowl left for us and the layout is lovely.

Negative: The only annoying thing was a smoke detector in the kitchen… everytime we put the hob or grill on it set it off and then that set all the others off…. Nightmare!

Positive: Very spacious, facilities were very good. The place is clean and tidy. We have stayed there previously and liked it then so decided to go again. Convenient location.

Negative: The only negative was there was no oven glove for getting stuff out of the oven when cooked. This is only a minor thing though.
