Positive: Not much, standard little room, sheets and towels were old and worn

Negative: Sheets and towels were very old and worn, the bathroom was very small, very noisy room as fronted the freeway, not impressed

Negative: bed can be better and the room more cleaner I been there before and idk what happen now I used to love it they change the champion and conditioner or maybe it was just the room that i got

Positive: It was safe. The rooms while dated were very clean. The cleaning staff were very careful to follow whatever instructions I left for them. The lobby personnel were just lovely. Gave excellent advice on what to do and what not to do. Pointed out the points of interest. Most importantly pointed out where not to go even if it seemed safe. Honestly, their level of attention and care makes it worthwhile to stay at this location.

Negative: Some kind of chemical was used for cleaning the rooms. The order lasted for days. Worse for me because I use a CPAP and it concentrates everything. After I mentioned it once to the cleaning staff, they made sure never to use it again. One of the two elevators was usually broken. One elevator had its panel broken and somebody had done an amateur patch up job on it. It worked, but it looked scary as hell.I tried to avoid that one unless the other elevator was broken down and I had no choice. The atmosphere of the hotel is just sad. There is a bar, but there’s usually nobody there. Never saw anyone eat anything at the restaurant except for breakfast. Walking anywhere is out of the question. Too unsafe, and too hot. The hotel is obviously geared towards the business traveler; but, honestly given the current level of insecurity in Colima (the US government had a level 4 do not travel during my trip ) not very many people will go there. It just felt too empty and too sad. If you have to go to Colima; this is not a bad venue just for safety’s sake if nothing else.

Positive: nice pool and green areas

Negative: I reserved online and paid at the hotel but the staff did not honor the price I was supposed to pay and came up with some more charges , telling us that it is not their fault that the online company ( booking.com) hide those charges on purpose in order to look more attractive. I do not know who is telling the truth !
