Summary: This is an older home and in need of some repair/maintenance such as bathroom fan cover, electrical plate covers, light bulbs and switches. The house was nice and clean for our stay, and dogs are accepted which is great and very positive for us. The location is quite a ways out of town on narrow winding roads. For winter stays, like ours, be sure to bring some decent firewood for the wood stove insert. There is electric baseboard heat, but not as efficient as the wood stove. It was really great to have access to the washer and dryer. Owner needs to provide more detailed instructions for use of appliances, wood stove, and television sets. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-equipped, nice fenced yard area, and a good sized driveway and parking area. Beautiful sunset views.

Summary: Cousin Larry's is a wonderful place for a family gathering. We require a fenced area for kids and pets and this is the best place that we have found. It has a large fenced yard for playing and running and it is accessible from the house. There are no knick knacks in the house that running, bumping, or wagging tails will break. Adults can relax. We hope to return next year with the wish that there will be snow nearby. Thanks for a great family vaycay Jodi!
