Summary: We enjoyed our stay celebrating 2 dads. Lots of space for everyone. My dad caught some nice fish off the dock. Very nice deck furniture to enjoy during the stay.

Summary: Location could not have been more perfect. The house is settled into a lake cul de sac, so to speak, which gives you a beautiful lake front property with ample entertainment options. Adventurous? Take the kayaks out or go swimming off the dock. Want to relax? Hang out and enjoy the rises and sets on the patio with a cup of coffee; warm up in the hot tub; roast s'mores over a fire pit. Need more entertainment? They have you covered with arcade games and foosball in the bunkhouse. Or you can grab one of the many board games throughout the property and settle in at any of the ample sitting areas for some friendly rivalry. Or take it out to the boathouse where they have CRISP AC, a wet bar, and more lounge furniture for your group. Honestly, this property has whatever you need regardless of age or what your idea of fun is! The house is gorgeous and is set up perfectly to provide ample sleeping while also granting you some privacy. The bunkhouse is the only spot that could use a little tlc. To preface, this is a modified garage to game room and bunkhouse, so obviously it is not going to be as "grand" as the house. It had everything we needed to keep us occupied and gave us more beds to spread out a bit more. However, the toilet tank would not fill, so it took forever to be able to flush. The furniture and beds were also a little worse for wear. But I don't hold that against them, as this is clearly the "go be dumb out here and leave the pretty stuff alone" space. Smart.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas right down to the decorated Christmas tree in the family room which was big enough for all of us to be in the same space for gift exchanging, games and meals. The bunk house and boat house were great additional spaces which allowed the younger crowd to stay up later. This is by far the best appointed VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we could have wanted was there. The additional refrigerators and stove were extremely helpful and the ice maker was a huge bonus. This is also the only property we’ve ever been comfortable using the hot tub. Exceptionally well maintained & clean. We appreciated being able to use the garage as the driveway is quite steep and would have been difficult for our parents to traverse. I can’t see us ever choosing another property when we visit the Ozarks.

Summary: Every year 17 of us rent a lake house for our annual Friendsgiving weekend. This property was great for our growing group, the bunkhouse and boathouse were great for the kids and teens and the main house was great for the adults. The double washer and dryer was convenient and many kitchen staples were available to help with meal prep. The hot tub was a great addition as well as lots of games and fishing poles were available too. We enjoyed our stay!
