Negative: The room isn't what is advertised. The pictures depict almost a condo with a living space. my room only had a bed. no dresser or counter space. a table for one and a chair. you walk in and the bed is right next to the door. no closet. it is like a tiny bedroom. there is also no staff when you check in. no one to ask questions to. there was also a cleaning fee that was added that was not part of the original booking.

Positive: The location. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great.

Negative: It could use more towels, and a servicing for towels since we had four people sharing one bathroom. The couch was very stained and smelled moldy. I would also suggest getting larger coffee mugs and supplying paper towels and some dish soap.

Positive: Super great location. Everything in walking distance. The room was super clean, recently renovated and it’s modern interior style blended well with the mills’ historic soul. The coffee machine with free coffee pods made the next morning a relaxing one. Although room prices are high during popular times, we got a more reasonable deal by staying at the tale end of a busy weekend.

Negative: One thing I wished had been better are the pillows. They are super thick and stiff and my neck hurt from trying to sleep on them. Sleeping without one also did not go well, so I ended up feeling less rested then hoped. I think perhaps providing an additional set of softer pillows would help by providing guests an option for different sleeping needs/preferences.

Summary: Great location! Great stay! Wish for softer pillows.
