This bright and vibrant coastal home is seconds away from the dining and excitement of the Seawall while providing plenty of privacy and peace for your whole crew. In between trips to the beach, take a dip in the pool, relax on the back patio with a cool drink, and grill some dinner on the outdoor barbeque.

The bedroom on the right has a King bed with a TV, and the bedroom on the left has a queen bed as well as the washing machine and dryer.

Behind the pool is a spacious guest house with a charming kitchenette and bar seating across the cobblestone patio. Summary: I don’t like to give negative feedback so I contacted management about a partial refund…no reply. So we had the following issues while here. 1. Main house refrigerator was not working upon arrival. Explained it was hot, not cool. Told to give it 24 hours. 2. Main house washer did not work. 3. Fridge and washer replaced in 24 hours. 4. Ceiling began leaking day of arrival. Notified manager. Sent pics of issues. Ceiling sagging, paint falling and toddler tried to eat some. 5 more than 24 hours later, maintenance main repaired the ceiling board, removed insulation, tacked up ceiling board and noted that it was a roof or ac issue. 6. Ceiling continued leaking the entire time we were there. We have had to clean up water, debris and messes. 7. Fridge in back bungalow doesn't shut well. Door stays open. Propped stool against it. 8. Replaced washer did not work well. She delivered statement was, not sure of this one is refurbished, good or not, let us know. We did…crickets. 9. maintenance man, this unit is having lots of issues, it needs an overhaul. Agreed. Not happy. Don't want to give a bad review but truly believe we should get a partial Refund.

Summary: Overall, the stay was ok. It could have been cleaner. Several of the dishes we picked up to use, were dirty, and had to be washed before we could use them. The floors definitely could have been cleaner. After our feet turned black from the floor, we wore shoes the entire time. Three windows were open when we arrived, and the house was warm. The description of the house could have been better. We would like to have known that one of the bathrooms was outside the main house, and also has no door on it. There was trash left in house out back. The pool liner has several wrinkles on the bottom. The washer worked after we figured out we had to plug it in, and turn on the water. There was smelly trash in the cans outside when we arrived. They are located right by the front door, and they smell. Also, both bathtubs do not have stoppers, so you cannot use the bathtub to bathe children.

Summary: Great location and proximity to the beach. More than enough beds. Bathroom situation is a little odd. There is no common access point to a bathroom we had to walk through each other’s personal spaces to access bathrooms. Having a private pool is a huge plus. All maintenance team members that visited to check on the pool were very friendly and nice.

Summary: Stayed at this property as it was 1 mile from a triathlon event at Moody Gardens. Location worked out great.While it sleeps 16, the bathroom set-up is odd in that you must go into 1 of the 2 main bedrooms in the house for access. Bungalow house is a great set-up with own bathroom and kitchenette.

Summary: My husband and I and our friends enjoyed staying at this property. It’s lovely, clean, spacious and has everything you need. It has a pool with a nice deck, close to seawall, shopping and restaurants. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.
