Summary: The property was nicer than anticipated and we will definitely being returning. The owners were great on my questions. The only thing that was difficult was figuring out the spa heat but was quickly resolved when I called them. (Operator error, meaning me). The kitchen was fully operational as I did not have to bring anything other than food. I was impressed and that says a lot as I love to cook for the family. I would highly recommend having the pool heated during your stay. It was a little on the chilly side for the young children. The beds were very comfortable, clean and lovely soft sheets. Plenty of towels for swimming and the laundry room was perfect for doing large loads of towels.

Summary: We do a family vacation every year and with my daughter having two children 3 and 6 months we decided to stay close to home. This house was wonderful! Everything you need is there from bath towels, to beach towels to a fully loaded kitchen.. The pool was so much fun and kid friendly. The owner checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and the location is close to any shopping needs you may have. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful home again!

Summary: The house and the pool were amazing especially in this heat the last couple days. We went on a wine tour in Placervillle and this location was the perfect pick up spot. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a great stay! The house is well-equipt, a great size for families, and the yard and pool are wonderful! Alexey and Nila are wonderful hosts. Whenever we needed anything, they made it happen, and they checked in with us multiple times to see that all was OK. We're pretty picky, and they always worked to meet our needs without ever making us feel like we were high maintenance.

Summary: We decided to stay at a home with a pool for our yearly vacation instead of traveling somewhere. We love two hours away, and stayed at this property with my parents and my 6 and 3 year old. My kids had a blast playing in the pool and hottub the whole time. They also really enjoyed playing in the spacious hole. The backyard is beautiful. We ate dinner outside most nights. If you want the pool heated, it’s an extra $100 per day. This is a must if you have little ones and want to enjoy the pool into the evening. The home is in a nice area.. you have everything you can think of within a five minute drive. The home is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Gorgeous property in an excellent neighborhood with a resort like pool and yard. Great for the kids to play and run around the yard, and dip into the pool or spa whenever. The house is huge with big and comfy beds for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we’re in the area.
