Positive: Well placed house, the beach stuck on the house itself is not swimmable but there a good beach about 270meter (8minute) walk House needs basic renovation but quite tolerable

Positive: Amazing view righ on the beach. Large and very nice home, plenty of room for three couples to have privacy and get togethers on the balcony and inside if the weather isn't good. Great beach within walking distance. Definitely would go back!

Negative: Nothing. It was all perfect!

Positive: We have spent 5 great days at the property.Location is amazing, directly at the lonely beach, you sleep hearing the waves and breath the fresh sea air, sun raises in front of your eyes. Both beds are very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace. Many cafes and tavernas, supermarket nearby. Friendly and thoughtful host. Thanks a lot. Everything was too

Negative: Would be great if there was washing machine, some things for cleaning like mop, broom, kitchen towels, and some sort of garden in front of terrace.

Positive: We really liked: - quite location by the see - the house is 30 meters from the beach & see - the spaciousness of the house with big sliding windows - the spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the see and the city of Monemvasia - the big and well equipped kitchen - big refrigerator with separate freezer - bedrooms were a good size, 2 of them have amazing view of the see - mosquito nets on every window - the shutters in every room - each bedroom has its own bathroom plus another toilett near the kitchen - each bedroom has its own air-conditioner with a silent option (we really appreciated that during the night) plus another one in the living area - we loved that we were mostly alone on the 'private' beach - the 'privat'/local beach is long, the water is cristal clear, great for long distance swimming or supping to the nearest beach Ambelakia - the beautiful sandy beach Pouda (near by is a ferry to a small island Elafonissos, also known as Greek Maldives, because of its 3 astonishing beaches) is about 30 minut drive away from the house

Negative: Suggestions on what can be improved: - the cleanness of the house (it wasn't optimal) - a shaded and paved parking space (this unit only offers a parking space on the dry grass, on an uneven, slightly inclined terrain) - the main bedroom's bathroom is quite tight, it has outdated, unpractical, rusty furniture and tons of mini ants (I use only all natural, organic cosmetic products which were a magnet to them - I didn't inform the owner because I didn't won't him to come and kill them with toxic chemicalls, instead I chose to accept them and cohabitate with them ❤️) - the chairs on the terrace are quite uncomfortable (cushions would be very appreciated 🙏) - for ful enjoyment of the beautiful big terrace and for complete relaxation one or two deckchairs (they don't need to be fancy) would be higly appreciated (as tourists we can't bring our own as there is not enough space in the car) 🙏 - the surroundings of the house is plain, with dry vegetation, no trees/bushes in front of the house - some oleander bushes, bougainvillea, olive tree, pine tree, fruit tree (fig) would really change the atmosphere 🙏 - there are some rocks (their colours are beautiful) on the beach and in the see, therefore the entry/exit from the see is not the most comfortable - there was only one toillet papper roll per room, so we had to buy them - we would really appreciate a washing macchine and a haidryer 🙏 - some protective, washable sheets/covers for couch and pillows in the living room would raise the level of hygiene
