Positive: Location to the venue I needed to be at. Price.

Negative: The first room I was put in, had no TV? I was moved to the next room! Which I had to find out had no cold water in it. Could not use the toilet or shower. It was 10:00 pm before the water was fixed. No coffee pots in the rooms?
