Positive: Location to Galata Tower was excellent. Staff at check in (Hotel Des Artes) were super helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a tricky place to find, and the What’s App communication was very handy. Wifi was great, having a full-sized fridge was a bonus too. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Air Conditioning didn’t seem to work very well - we slept with windows open. It would have been helpful to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. There didn’t seem to be any housekeeping service. Cleanliness was just OK. The bed-sheets (the non-fitted bottom sheet) slid off every night as well. Minor annoyance.

Positive: It was very central, easy to find and access, clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. Although super central it was very quiet.

Positive: The apartment is big and has everything you could need for a longer stay. The location is excellent, directly opposite Galata Tower, with everything a short walk away. It has a lift for higher floors and staff were really friendly and helpful. A great place to stay - there is even a sea view.

Negative: Everything was great. A bit difficult to find - the name on the door is slightly different. It’s a lively area, which was fine for us, but might bother some.

Positive: The location is truly unbeatable...This family 2BR flat is located on the 2nd floor in the building closest to Galata Tower. I can see the details of every brick and stone of the tower from both bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Despite the noise outside, it is quiet inside. The water is great and the flat is generally well stocked. The staff was also very helpful and helped me check in a bit early and check out a bit late as long as they were able to!

Negative: No big issues. Some parts of the flat can be a little cleaner. Some cups were not washed very clean. I also had trouble with the wifi sometimes.
