Positive: We stayed here as a family of six, including my young granddaughter, and from the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen somewhere very special. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The facilities are excellent, but what really made our stay so memorable were the little touches and the incredible thoughtfulness of our hosts, Ani and Anton. They had already provided a cot and high chair for my granddaughter, but they went even further and bought a baby bath and a beautiful little night light especially for her. We were genuinely touched by how much care and thought they put into making sure all of us, including our little one, were comfortable. It made us feel less like guests and more like friends being welcomed into their home. The apartment itself is stunning, and the private rooftop terrace is simply amazing. It was such a lovely space to relax, spend time together as a family and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ani and Anton were absolutely faultless as hosts. They were kind, welcoming, incredibly helpful and attentive without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and generosity really made our holiday even more special. There honestly wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like about this accommodation. If we return to Zadar, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Ani and Anton have set the bar exceptionally high — it will be very difficult for anywhere else to beat this place! Thank you both for making our stay so wonderful and for all the kindness you showed our family. We will remember our stay very fondly and would recommend your beautiful apartment without hesitation. ❤️

Positive: Anton and Anita are incredible hosts. They deserve better than a 10! The facility was extremely clean, and the unit we had was fitted with many hi-end amenities, such as a pool, automatic expresso/cappuccino coffee machine, full size clothes washer and full size clothes dryer, etc. I highly recommend this booking.

Positive: The private roof terrace with infinity pool was incredible, perfect for afternoon relaxing after morning walks around the old town, also the best sunset views in Zadar. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, loved the built in coffee machine. 3 bedrooms all with en-suites is also a rare find. The best hosts Ani, Anton and family were so welcoming, they helped us with local knowledge and restaurant reservations. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Zadar.

And the hosts were just as fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, even brought our daughter a birthday cake as we celebrated on holiday which was very thoughtful. Perfect location too! If you like modern living with all the mod cons and luxury defo book, you won't be disappointed!
